Something I would change today if I could would be to change the articles from a sans-serif typeface to a serif typeface. People are pretty sick of Times, but Georgia or Garamond would do great on longer texts as it's easier to read.
Another good idea would be to upgrade it with a bit of more functionality and a better interface, perhaps a more Web 2.0 one. Nice would be to have some color going on and making the whole website more interactive. Adding a chat for those who are currently watching the current topic would allow social interaction and exchange between people with similar interests and endless other great things could be implemented. It's one of the best websites out there and I wish to see it grow.
I hope people will digg this one and sometime soon we might see an update when we visit our beloved free online encyclopedia.
Stumbled into Aviary. Apparently it's an online community driven suit that consists of tools that you can use online or download as AIR applications. I'm not a big programmer, I normally model code written by others to fit my needs, but AIR is quite impressive and allows you to develop apps with Ajax, Flash or Flex.
